Our History

Heavenly Treasures is a company that has been working for the last 10 years to develop the process and methods to produce the products on this website. The technology to produce these products is currently in the patent process.  The owner has worked in the semiconductor industry for the last 16 years and has quit in order to pursue this venture. The name “Heavenly Treasures” was selected because it reflects the type of products the company is able to produce. Heavenly Treasures is currently doing business in Citrus Heights, California.

Shipping Options

Heavenly Treasures offers several domestic and international shipping options for your convenience. Shipping costs are determined by a direct link to USP or the U.S. Postal Service and not estimated by Heavenly Treasures.

Shipping Options for Canada

Canadian shipments may be subject to goods and services tax, provincial sales tax, duties, or handling fees based on the product, amount of purchase, and the province.

If the package is being delivered to a Post Office Box in Canada it will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. An additional handling fee of CN $5.00 and GST on non-prescribed goods may be charged by the local post office.

Delivery Times

The shipping times for Standard Mail refer to the amount of time it takes for the package to be delivered to the destination country. Once the local postal system of the destination country receives the package they will make the delivery arrangements. Heavenly Treasures and the U.S. Postal Service have no control over the package once it is in the hands of the local post office. Actual delivery times may vary from country to country. Most delays in international deliveries are due to customs, import duties, or local postal guidelines.

Taxes / Fees

All other international and local duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Priority orders received before 10:00 a.m. (U.S. Pacific Time) Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Priority Orders received after 10:00 a.m. (U.S. Pacific Time), or on Saturday or Sunday, will be shipped the following business day. Important Shipping Facts

All "gift" shipments (merchandise being shipped to an address different from the billing address) will add one extra day to the availability time.

Additional shipping charges may apply to large pictures.

Occasionally some items are on "backorder" with an uncertain availability date. These items will be separated from your main order and shipped when the product becomes available.

Warranty

Heavenly Treasures is committed to providing you with quality manufactured and delivered products. We stand behind everything we sell.

The light sources for the light boxes have an expected life greater than 20 years and have been life tested but the intensity will degrade over time but should not be less than 80% after 20 years. The light box sources will be guaranteed for 1 year. The light boxes are design for a specific transformer and can be damaged or degraded if the wrong transformer is used.  The transformers are purchased from CUI and will only be guaranteed for 90 days. We will sell replacement transformers at our cost. The transformer number and specifications are located on the inspection/warning tag.
